Crosses, in many forms, represent the four corners of the Earth, the resurrection of the Savior, or Christianity and Christ's suffering upon it. It is also an ancient symbol for good luck, and paska or the braided Easter bread.

 

Pink denotes success and contentment.

 

Yellow denotes the stars, moon, sun, warmth, light, purity, youth, happiness, hospitality, and the growth of the family and harvest. A Christian symbol of reward and recognition.

 

Green denotes growth, wealth, hope, freshness, freedom, spring, and breaking bondage.
